We monitor 3 Sentry services every minute, in turn from Virginia, Frankfurt and Singapore: Event ingestion (o1.ingest.us.sentry.io, up on a 401 response), Sentry API (sentry.io, up on a successful response) and Website (sentry.io, up on a successful response). When a check fails, other regions check again before that service counts as down. Sentry counts as down when all of them are, and as partly down when only some are.
