Is Hyperping’s status page free?
Yes. The free plan includes one basic public status page on a Hyperping-hosted domain, plus 20 monitors with 5-minute checks. No credit card is required. A custom domain and subscriber notifications are included on paid plans. Explore the free status page or compare the plans above.
Can I use my own custom domain for my status page?
Yes. All paid plans support custom domains, including apex domains and subdomains such as status.yourcompany.com. HTTPS certificates are managed automatically. The free plan uses a Hyperping-hosted domain. Follow the custom domain guide to configure DNS.
Does the status page update automatically when a monitor fails?
Yes. Configure automatic incident reporting for the monitors connected to your page. Confirmed outages update the affected services and can notify subscribers through the channels you enable. You can also publish manual incidents, add updates and schedule maintenance with advance notice.
Can my users subscribe to status page updates?
Yes. Paid plans offer subscriptions through email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and SMS, with the option to follow specific services. SMS requires your own Twilio account and is billed by Twilio. Visitors can also follow RSS and Atom feeds. Essentials includes 100 subscribers and Pro includes 1,000; see subscriber documentation for setup. Can I customize the page and remove the Hyperping badge?
All plans support your logo, colors, fonts, favicon and light or dark theme. Business includes white labeling, which removes the “Powered by Hyperping” badge, as well as a custom email sender domain. Pro and Business can publish the page in several languages. Components, groups, uptime history and TV mode help you organize the page. See white labeling for the plan details.
Can I migrate from Atlassian Statuspage or Instatus?
Yes. The builder can import a public Atlassian Statuspage or Instatus URL to preview your services and latest incident. For a full migration, Hyperping also provides an Atlassian history importer for incidents and maintenances, plus email subscriber import.
