PagerDuty

Open and close PagerDuty incidents when Hyperping detects outages. Connect the two with a single integration key.

Configure

On PagerDuty

1. Create a new service

   Go to Services → Service Directory and click New Service. On the next screen you will be guided through several steps.

2. Enable Events API v2

   Under Integration Settings, check Events API v2.

3. Copy the Integration Key

   After you created the service, copy the Integration Key.

   

On Hyperping

1. Connect the PagerDuty integration

   Head to your Integrations page, then click on Connect on the PagerDuty card.

2. Paste the integration key

   Enter the field with the integration key you just copied, then hit save.
